Either the food is really bland or my expectations are high. I ordered a torta de milanesa combo. Comes with a taco,rice and beans. The Milanesa was bland. No flavor. The Taco was an Asada Taco it was really good as well as the rice. It was very flavorful and I could eat a whole bowl of it lol. The beans were ehhh. The cashier was really attentive and nice which is great. It's a big open area so it can be private, as well as, they have good music playing in the background. Next time I'll get the tacos.
Food is good. Prices are fair. Skimp you out at times but overall we keep coming back.

Been eating here 4 years. The food is fresh, hot and fast. Great birria and machacca. Prices are reasonable too. The ensalada with machacca is the best.

1 minute read: I will assign 5 Stars to most businesses on account they're in business for the business. El Caporal won't let you down. Their menu is typical and gaily priced. If you go by there, stop by and get a BUCHE Burrito. My favorite. Thanks.
3.5 stars. In a tiny plaza with limited parking in the lot. There is a good amount of seating inside but you can smell the cleaning products. The staff seems to speak limited English. The only service you get is ordering so keep an eye out for your food to come out of the kitchen and it comes out pretty quick. This place is definitely not about presentation. You get your food on a styrofoam plate on a plastic tray. The chips are just sprinkled onto your plate. Chips are great. The al pastor is different from what I'm used to but they were flavorful. The splash of red sauce on the tacos have a lingering kick. Two tacos come out to roughly $5.
